I’ve always chased performance—from the Marine Corps to MMA, through college with a young family, and then in a demanding 50- to 60-hour corporate job.I relied on energy drinks. But over time, more caffeine started making me feel worse—tired, foggy, and burned out. I didn’t want to keep drinking more caffeine just to get through the day.
